I'm a book blogger in the internet world who reviews books of both YA and New Adult (and occasionally Adult) fiction genres. These consist of mainly: fantasy + sci-fi, steampunk, paranormal romance, and historical fiction. I have been entranced with reading fictional novels and fantasized living in fictional worlds ever since I was a young child. Scope out my page where I blog about anything and everything related to bookish culture!
If you've stumbled upon this page I'm going to guess that you're one of three people - you're either a fellow book nerd like myself, a book publisher, and/or an author. If you are the former, please scroll towards the end of this page for my book review rating system! If you are the latter two please keep reading to have a better idea of whether you'll think I would be a good fit for your book publicity!
I tend to review the following genres:
Age Groups
YA (Young Adult)
NA (New Adult)

I usually prefer to read and review books for the YA and NA age groups, but in some cases I will read Adult novels as well (preferably paranormal romance or historical romance).

IMPORTANT NOTE: eBooks are less likely to be accepted due to the nature of the format. I prefer a physical copy! Personally, print format is the easiest to read and there's just something about being able to touch/hold/feel the book you're reading, you know? Your best chance of me reviewing a novel is if it consists all of the following: a book series, fantasy, romance, and adventure in print format!
Some of my favorite authors include:
Holly Black
Rachel Vincent
O.R. Melling
Patricia Briggs
Some of my favorite books/series:
Modern Faerie Tales series by Holly Black
Stray series by Rachel Vincent
Alosha series by Christopher Pike
Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Briggs
Wicked Lovely series by Melissa Marr
The Chronicles of Faerie by O.R. Melling
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ = I absolutely adore this book! There's a good possibility of this becoming a favorite book or series and there's even a chance of my rereading it in the future. The story had a wonderful plot, characterization, and world-building! I now have new favorite characters and there was squealing of excitement involved! I will without a doubt recommend this read!
⭐⭐⭐⭐ = A really great read! The book kept me entertained and I especially enjoyed it! I will definitely recommend this book to others!
⭐⭐⭐ = A good read! The story may or may not have kept my attention for the majority of the book, but it was decent and not a waste of reading time. Not sure if I will bother recommending to others, maybe I will or maybe I wont - it depends on the story.
⭐⭐ = This was an okay read. I didn't quite care for it or maybe it wasn't my cup of tea. I really wish I hadn't taken the time to finish this book or there's a chance I DNF'd it. I will not be recommending this unless I believe someone with different tastes would enjoy it.
⭐ = I did not care for this book at all! It was terrible writing or did not keep me engaged in the story. I definitely DNF'd this book! If this is the case, then the book cover failed me with a false description/pretty cover because let's face it - I'm like 99% sure that all bookworms judge a book by it's cover because we're human and it's science (and for the most part I'm a pretty good judge of character when it comes to gauging whether I'll enjoy a book or not). Of course I'm not recommending, what's the point? If the book gets brought up in conversation I will tell people it is not worth their time!
